Eset Nod32 version 4

I use Eset Nod32, and have just been prompted that my license will expire in 12 
days.  They want me to upgrade to version 4.  Is anyone familiar with version 4 
as it relates to JAWS 11?  Is it still as accessible as the previous versions 
of Nod32?
