EZ Keys or single switch scanning w/ JAWS?

Does anyone have experience or suggestions for getting JAWS to function with
a single switch scanning program such as EZ Keys for someone with very
limited movement?

The user additionally has a speech impairment so voice recognition is not an
option.

Thanks!

Kim
