Well, folks, I've at least disabled Dr. Watson. Deb, I was unable to find a Dr. Watson entry in the services, so I looked at G.W.'s article on the web. G.W., perhaps you'll find this weird because, although I'm on an XP home system, I actually was able to find and delete an AAEDEBUG key under WINDOWSNT in the registry. So now, when I do a reboot, I hear a beep indicating an access error, and I very quickly hit enter to make the error message go away, and the system can then proceed to a point where I can load Jaws. Not a total fix to be sure, but much more workable than the situation I had previously. Now my next step, when I get around to it, is to look at the DRWATSON log file and figure out what the error is. Thanks much for the help you've all given me on this. ----- Original Message ----- From: "G.W.
