Hi, Never used the AOL for email as a stand alone, but In the software, you
must use the reply button not control plus R. you should just be able to
tag to it. in the message body there are buttons. Reply, forward, ETC.
To set things up at least on the software, you use the Keyword menu that is
control plus K on the software. it should say something like Type a
keyword, Elvis or dogs and hit go. type the word settings and hit the go
button.
a whole bunch of links should come up. just take the email settings
link. when you hit that a bunch of check boxes come up. retain all mail I
read in my saved mail folder and retain all mail I've sent in my saved mail
folder are two of the checkboxes. Just check the ones you want and hit the
save button.

Hi I just recently got AOL as an email service. the jaws keystrokes in the
help file help but I was wondering if anyone has any tips and tricks about
email. I cannot get things to be saved in my saved folder When I go to
this folder there are only 0 items in it and how do you reply to messages you
send because Control R just takes me to my inbox.
