Does JFW Support AT&T, And Neospeech Voices?

Hi all.
If this is so, would someone PLEASE let me know which JFW versions support
those voices?
I am SERIOUSLY considering changing from DEC Access32 and I would appreciate
ANY help. I know this question has been asked before so if someone will
write me off-list I would appreciate this also.
FYI, I am running Win98, S. E. and j4.51, possibly upgrading to 5.1.
