Difference between E-Cleaner and E-Stripper

Hello listers!
What are the major differences between E-Cleaner and E-Stripper? Is one
easier than the other to use? E-Cleaner is not recommended to be used
with XP, but, someone on this list posted a message saying he used it
with XP and there were no problems. I've downloaded E-Cleaner, but
haven't installed it yet. I'll wait for your opinions before I make a
decision about whether or not to use it with XP.
