Dell Inspiron1200 laptop

Does anyone know if this laptop is compatible with JFw? I keep getting a
message telling me that the colors are too low, and when I try to change them
in the display settings it says that it can't be changed.
This is a Dell Inspiron 1200.
Can anyone help me with this problem?
Or, should I send it back because it won't work with JFW6.0?
