Re: DecTalk USB and JFW 6.1

This DecTalk USB is extremely pricy to say the least.  The $600 US, combined 
with jfw makes it to cost prohibitive.

Can anyone on this list recommend a less expensive external speech solution 
that does not sound like Arctic Vision?
