Chip! Currently one has to use the DEC-TALK USB as a serial device and
choose DEC-TALK Express as the synthesizer. The USB drivers for both JFW
and Window Eyes will be along directly. Direct support probably won't show
up until the next release of each screen reader.
The DEC-TALK USB is $650.00 from Chirping Bat, includes shipping in the
United States. From Access Solutions who builds the DEC-TALK USB the cost
is $695.00 plus $10 or so shipping.
