You cannot unrestrict the PC cursor. It is only the JAWS cursor that you can
set restriction.

If you do a insert +r and rotate it to unrestricted the pc course will =
go=20
anywhere. Plus you have full mouse functions. The jaws course does have =
its=20
limits.
