Creating a Rule in O.E.

Have tried many times and cannot figure out what I am doing wrong. I tried
to use the jfw lite home page helpful hint to create a rule for this list. I
most recently used where to field includes people and substituted jfw
through the hoops and loops. It didn't work. Can someone please tell me what
I should be selecting in order to shuttle jfw messages to a folder named
jfw?
TRhanks very much for any suggestions so that I can soon try for the next
puzzle to again stump me.
