Hi Don, Personally, before going so far as to reinstall Jaws, I'd run the Repair function, being sure to take the option not to discard your current settings. In Jaws 8, unlike earlier versions, you get to the Repair function by clicking on the same .exe file you used to install the program, but choose the Repair option instead. You'll see.
