I'd never heard of this function, and this message aroused my curiosity. So
I crossed my hands over each other(couldn't find the comma with my left hand
minus sight) and pressed Insert comma. Once, twice, three times. All it
got me was "comma."

I'm using Jaws 6.0. Aren't I doing it right?

Subject: Character pronounciation

Hi,

A little Jaws question for you all : I hope you will help me to
solve this ...

In previous Jaws 6.x version when
we pressed JawsKey plus the comma sign, one time it pronounced the
character at the active cursor, two times it pronounced the phonetic
representation of the characters and three times it pronounced the
ascii value of the character : for example, one time e, two times
Echo, three 101.
But in the latest 6.x version rather than saying the ascii value when
we press three time this keystroke combination, it pronounces for example
for the same letter e
character 1 0 1 instead of the correct ascii value, why ?
Do you have a clue ?
Or have you found the solution ?

Greetings,,
