This h as absolutely nothing to do with JFW, and shouldn't be going on the
JFW list. I refer you, and I would refer her as well, to either a more
generalized technology/computer help mailing list, or google.

  Subject: Can't send attachments

  Hi All,

My sister is running XP Pro/SP3, Outlook 2002, & using Kaspersky anti
virus/spyware. When she tries to send an attachment, it shows in her sent
folder that an attachment has been sent but, the recipient of the e-mail/
attachment does not receive the attachment. This happens with any attachment
she tries to send and to anyone she tries to send an attachment to. Can
anyone please shed some light on this dilemma? She has been through the
settings in both her Kaspersky & Outlook options and everything seems to be
okay. This is a new anti virus/spyware program she is running and not very
familiar with what settings are best suited for her. All help will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks much, take care.
  Mike
