Hi, folks.
I'm using a Gateway computer with Windows XP home. I just recently moved
from Jaws 7.00 to 7.10.
I was able to get patch 340 to update without any problems. After the 340
update, I did a Jaws merge on my settings, then I uninstalled Jaws 7.0
thinking that the beta would run more efficiently.
When I tried to apply the 352 patch, I got an error saying that the 352
patch could not be installed. So I reinstalled Jaws 7.0 with the automatic
option, and again tried the 352 patch update, but still got the same error
message.
Anything anyone can suggest will be very helpful.
