I'm wondering what operating system yu are using.
If anything you might want to try this.
When opening the message, try maxamizing the screen by hitting alt+space bar
and choosing maxamize or by hitting the letter "x".
Let me know how you makeout with this.

Hi there all.
I have JAWS 11 and I'm getting this.
When ever I open a message, I sometimes have to refresh the screen with ctrl
escape. Is there something I have to set within jaws for it to work properly
with Windows Live Mail? Any help would be appreciated.
