Mark, I've used a variety of standard 101 keyboards, and simply glued a high-rise mark on the F and J keys, so as to help locate the proper hand position on the home row of the keyboard. If you haven't already done so, you'll want to go into the control panel and click on "Accessibility options" where you can activate the Sticky Keys utility. You'll also need to go into your JFW config and check the check-box for insert key mode, so that you can do key combinations which include the insert key.
