Hello!
I started using Call wave when it first came out and used it successfully
with Jaws for several years until I was able to get a broad band
connection. It was free when I first got it but they started charging
about $4 per month however they still made it available free to handicapped
users, this may not no longer be the case but I would check into this if I
were getting it today.
