Yes, as long as they are going back into the same version, should be no problem.

Thanks for the info. Now I have a followiup question. Most of the files that
were backed up are .jcf files that I have created to make jaws go to sleep
during certain applications. If I have to reinstall jaws can I just copy and
paste them into the folder or is it better to recreate them?
