I am having trouble with JAWS6.20 and 8.0 reading the auto complete address in
outlook.
When I open a new message and start typing an E-Mail address it would announce
an address after the first Three letters, but now it does not, even though a
sighted co-worker tells me that it is there. I have to either Tab or press the
enter key, or switch to the JAWS cursor, to hear the address but if it is the
wrong one then I have to delete and try again. The down arrow does not read
the list if there is more then one comes up.
