Go through your msconfig and see if you have something called bookspace in your startup list. If so, go to a command line prompt look for that file and remove it. You can't remove it through the normal path of explorer and placing in the recycle bin. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dale Leavens" <dleavens@xxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, November 02, 2005 8:28 PM Subject: Anyone else having run32dll.exe problems? From time to time for no apparent reason Jaws slows right down. It may have something to do with connection to the Internet, including for-the-people but not necessarily. If I restart the computer it goes away. I have noticed in the task manager that run32dll.exe process seems to dance between 95 and 99% CPU usage, I cannot usually quit it and when I go through the shut-down process that warning about programme not responding and I'll loose my manhood if I insist message rolls up. This has been happening with versions of Jaws since 5 on my IBM StinkPad under XP Pro. It wouldn't be a Jaws issue if Jaws seemed to work and actually Jaws does work just the arrow and navigation features slow right down. Has anyone else had this trouble and have you found a fix?
