You can only do remote assistant if you have JAWS pro and a Remote Access
licence. You'll also need Remote Desktop Connection or Citrix for this to
work.

Can you please indicate some accessible remote access solution, such as
UltraVNC or compatible? I need it for my job, and UltraVNC doesn't seem to
be accessible, at least in the side of who is performing the operations.
