I get this when I paste some Excel or other tabular data into an HTML-formatted
message reply. Set your OE to create messages in plain text, and to create
replies in plain text. That should help.

  I have had the same experience . Just stumbling around here, but I think
that it depends on the format the sender used, i.e. plain text, rich text or
html. I suspect that you can't edit html, but I'm only guessing.

  Subject: Another JAWS problem

  Hi friends;

  When I used JAWS 8, I was able to edit the text in a message before
forwarding it.

  Now, there is some kind of table setting that only says cell this and cell
that and I can't edit some messages. It only happens to some messages. I tried
turning off table detection with no result.

  Could anyone share ideas as to what could be done to allow me to edit a
message before it is forwarded?
