Hi, Judith,
In the 'Helpful Hints' link of www.jfwlite.com theere is the following
information about Agenda2004. It should be the same now.

The 'Helpful hint follows:

Agenda 2004 is a MS Word document calendar for the year 2004. It is
in Word format
and easy to use. It is in a 2 column format. The first column is the
date and the second column is there for your entries. Simply go to the
day
of your choice and hit the tab key to get to the second column. Type
in the
time of your appointment and the subject. It is better if you use the
colon
for entering times such as 1:00 if you want best results with your
speech
synthesizer. To find a specific date, just use the control F.

You can also select and copy or print sections of your agenda. The
more you
use it, the more you'll like it. It's just great with JAWS.

If you are a more aggressive user, while in column 1, press insert V
and then
arrow down to title reading and press the space bar on title reading
until it says
read row titles.
Then arrow down to set row titles column and press the space bar until
it says
column 1 in table 1. Then tab and enter on close.

What that will do is if you are arrowing down in column 2, it will read
the date
to you as you arrow down the column to enter your data. It won't read
it if you tab
from column 1 to column 2, only as you arrow up or down column 2.

Try it, you'll like it.
