Adobe Acrobat

Hi all,
I have a few questions about acrobat.
here are the specs than I will get to the questions
I have adobe acrobat 6 on both of my computers.
My computer at work is using jfw 6
My computer at home is using jfw 7.
I am running xp prof. on both computers.
1. I am having problems figuring out how to run jfw with these files.
They are big 298 pages plus. I would like to be able to read a page at a
time or several in a row.
Can someone give me some itps.
2. I noticed that there is a speech with acrobat, not very good though, are
there tricks to using this?
3. One of my files that I am opening says that i might want to upgrade to
version 7.
So is that acrobat 7 and what is acrobat reader?
I think I have covered my questions. Thanks for the help.
