Hi all. I have just updated to jaws 190.0.512. I am being told that I will need to reactivate jaws inrder to use it as a lisonced versiion. My question is how do you retrive a 20 digit code to activate if you do not have a cd? I have sent a message to fs regarding this, but was wondering if anyone else had this isue when updating there jaws even though they have renewed there sma as I have done.
