Accessible Irc

Hi all,
Apart from mirc and tirc, are there any other accessible irc chat programs,
also, is there a blindy chat room still like in the days of Accessible Chat.
I've heard of deepspace.org, but I'm still looking for an alternative to
mirc, and I'd love a blindy chat room like what we used to have with
accessible chat, but one that's full of people.
