Some explanations:
All the listed programs are free. Deepburner has a pro version, Infra recorder and Cdrtfe are open source, EAC is a CD ripper with burning facility and Singe should be freeware (I don't remember). Deepburner, Infra and CDRTFE are all-in-one suites. They all support burning audio as well as data cds, data and video dvds and disc images. If I remember right Singe is an audio-only burning solution and so does EAC.

As for the commercial stuff Nero and Roxio suites should be fine.
