Sounds like it may be a problem with either your internet connection, or the
AVG website itself. Try going to the site it directs you to manually?
Otherwise, please contact either AVG or your ISP, as this isn't an issue
related to anything wrong or incompatible with JFW.

I installed AVG 8.5 Free Version on my laptop computer.  I have Windows Xp.
During the first scan, it asked me to register the product, but when I
clicked on the button to register, I got the message that internet Explorer
could not access the website.  Am I doing something wrong?
