You might try using the space bar on someone's name instead. That's what I
do and I never have a problem with that.

Hey guys, I seem to have a problem with aim. It came out of nowhere. When ever I press enter on someone in my buddy list, it goes in to the direct IM screen, like it's waiting for a direct connection. Anyone ever seen this happen? I'm wondering if it is a focus problem. The problem, is that it's doing it on only a few people. Anyone ever seen this happen? It's a pain, cause in order to get out of iti have to hit the escape key. Thoughts? Thanks, Jed
