enter on options enter on basics
the first option is
Basic Settings
Tutor Messages Turn off Menu and Control Help
radio button checked 1 of 3
tab to ok to save the changes
turn off and then back on jaws,
and see if that is your problem fixed??

I am using the latest version of Jaws (6.00.406) and I can't remember where
to go, to get it to stop
saying "leaving menus". Every time I maximize a window, or do anything
concerning menus I hear that
info. I'm using advanced verbosity, and of course, short messages. I
didn't have this problem in
5.10, but I can't remember how I changed it, or if I even changed it.
