3GP video to AVI/DivX

Hi list,
Does anyone know of a good jfw-friendly 3GP->AVI video converter which
would preferably be free?
I can't open them within VirbualDub or VirtualDubMod since their audio
track is encoded in AMR.
Then, I tried to open them with another converter/player called "SUPER
(c)" made by eRightSoft but this piece of software seems particularly
inaccessible with jaws.
Did I miss something with this software in order to use it comfortably
or does anyone know of a more accessible video converter which would
properly read my 3GPP videos and convert them to AVI?
