Updates from the Testing Department
Attention:
The following are the updates from the Testing Department:
1. The Oral Exam
Regarding the numbers of the sheelon for the Oral Exam for three (16385),
four (16485) and five – point (16585) students:
a. The grades are reported on the 9588 form with the five individual grades.
b. Even though the numbers of the sheelon are different, the Oral Exam is the
same for four and five- point students.
c. Four-point students who move up to five-points are NOT tested again. The
Testing Department recognizes both numbers of the sheelon for four and five
points.
2. The Literature Modules
The following is information about reporting the grades for the Literature
Modules.
For Module B sheelon 16383
- Teachers report the grades only on the 9545 form.
- For each student, ONE grade is written.
For Module D sheelon 16483
- Teachers report the grades only on the 9588 form.
- For each student, ONE grade is written.
For Module F sheelon 16583
- Teachers report the grades on the 9588 form.
- For each student, ONE grade is written.
All schools will be officially notified about this clarification:
