Dear English Coordinators,We would like to remind you that all of the
Literature grades need to be sent to the Testing Department by June 20th. The
details of how to report the grades can be found on the Ministry

end and some of the schools are expecting changes in their staff. Therefore, we
recommend that as coordinators you save all of the grades for year 10, 11 and
12 in an organized folder in the office. The pedagogical coordinators are
supposed to receive the internal alternative assessment grades for every year
level and keep them on file.Only the teachers who are completing the program
with their students are expected to hand in the final LOG grades to the testing
department.In addition, it has come to our attention that last year there were
teachers who reported the 4 point LOG grade for a student, but then did not
report the 5 point LOG grade for the same student who moved to 5 points. These
students finished school with a 4 point grade and an incomplete 5 point grade.
As confusing as this is, we ask that you please check that you have recorded
all of the components of the 4 points and all of the components for 5 points
for students who managed to move to 5 points, by the end of year 12. If you
