Dear Coordinators, Please send in the approval forms for your 4 and 5 point classes doing the LOG in Year 11 and 12. The form must be sent to pattalshir@xxxxxxxxx<mailto:pattalshir@xxxxxxxxx> no later than the 28/9/14 ד' תשרי תשע"ה. Please do not send these forms to any other email address. The approval form for the LOG can be accessed from the Handbook or on the TLC site http://tlc.cet.ac.il/ (click here<http://tlc.cet.ac.il/>) . I am also attaching this form to this message. Please make sure that pieces you are using do appear on the approved list of pieces. Attached is the list of approved pieces. The form MUST be signed by Pat and will be faxed back to the fax number you supply on the form. The form should be kept (by either you or the Bagrut coordinator in your school) and sent in to the Marvad with the 9540 form on the day of the Summer Moed when you are handing in the grades for the log. Please remember, if you want to teach pieces which are NOT on the approved list, they must be sent (including the texts and name of author) to Bari Nirenberg for her approval: bnirenberg@xxxxxxxxx<mailto:bnirenberg@xxxxxxxxx> Only once the pieces have been approved can you fill out the forms and begin teaching those pieces.
