[jawsscripts] suppressing text

Hi all
I'm trying to suppress some extra speech in lync 2013 when an IM window pops up
and don't seem to be able to identify which event is triggering the speech. As
far as I can tell from my testing, its being activated between the
WindowCreatedEvent and the WindowActivatedEvent
I expect its being produced by some msaa or UIA trigger of some kind. When I
try to open the same thing using NVDA, the same text is announced, but after
some other information is read out.
Any suggestions on where I can look to try and resolve this?
