Not directly. There are ways to set up voice schemes that change voice
parameters when attributes and/or color changes occur. Using some of the
text editors like textpad++ could change colors or italics text that could
then be captured by the s scheme. I often set my JAWS scheme to classic
with quotes. I believe this only changes the voice with <q> HTML tags, but
I have not really dug very much.
