In a word no.
Any functionality your getting through TypeKey is through an event being
triggered rather than the keystroke.
If you want to trigger a Jaws script you have to call it.

today I whant to present a list of keys and kombis to the user wich are
executed afterwards. Unfortunately keys including the jaws key insert, seem
not to trigger Jaws functionality and are passed through to the application
instead. Is there a way of triggering jaws functionality with TypeKey()
