From the FSDN: Uses the active cursor, JAWS or PC. If the PC cursor is
active, it sends a LEFT ARROW to the application. PC cursor movement is
controlled by the application
In this case I don't think it's actually moving the cursor as the JAWS
cursor is active.

I think you need to use PriorCharactor () instead.
