[jawsscripts] deleting script files

Hi,
Is it safe to delete files such as (appname).JCF, (appname).JKM, (appname).JSD, 
or (appname).JSD from the C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Freedom 
Scientific\JAWS\(version)\Settings\Enu folder?
