Best friend is the script template by jamal, which speaks the event
name before executing it, since NewTextShouldBeSilent is not an event,
it will not be read but you shall have a path to follow.

NewTextEventShouldBeSilent to prevent it speaking.
The question here though really is how to find what is causing the speech in
the first place and then you will know what to modify.
Try following the path Jaws is taking through FocusChangedEventEx or if that
is being called at all.
