That'd pass the keystroke to the application.
Check out the function SayFrame().

Subject: [jawsscripts] a frame problem.

Hi Folks:

I have a frame assigned to CTRL+Shift+1 and the frame works well when i use
the assigned keys. My problem is that when I add {CTRL+Shift+1} to a script
which is also assigned to a key press combination, the script functions well
but the frame is not spoken. Can anyone help me out with this one?

Thanks all over the place.
