Adding keystrokes to the Default.JKM file will make them as universally
accessable as they get.

You'll also need to add entries to the default.jsd and jkm files if
you want to bind a key to it. Just doing an include or use will only
import the code, not make it available for use outside the script
file.

I admit I find the need to add a .jsd entry in order to do a key
binding a little tedious, but it's what it is.

And if you are planning on distributing your script for others to use,
JAWS Script Exchange would help you a bunch.
