Hi,
I was more wondering what the method of getting a tooltip to display was.
If I go over an element with the virtual pc cursor, will hte tooltip display.
Also, I'm using advanced verbosity, but don't want tooltips on all websites, is
there a way of changing settings on a per-domain basis?
Thanks,
Sean.

Sean,
you have to start Settings Center and there choose the Speech verbosity option
group. There you will find 3 preconfigured verbosity level. On the level you
use you have to swich on the announcement of tooltips. To do it, you have to
navigate in the treeview to the appropriate configuration link and press space.
Than opens a dialogbox, where you have to find the tooltip checkbox and check
it. If you close Settings center with save than JAWS will announce tooltips
immediately.

The site concerned doesn't currently use any aria.
Any help appreciated.
