Hi Conrad,
pleas can you tell me which Skype version are you running? The procedures
are a bit different if working on Sk 3.8 or 4.1. Also, make sure you
installed the correct scripts revision provided by Doug Lee. Latest are 653a
for Skype 3.8, or 41b if using Skype 4.1.
