While it wouldn't be bad to find <strong> tags in HTML, finding bolded text
seems to be a bit harder since it requires not just HTML but CSS. ON the other
hand there is the skim reading tool that is built into JAWS perhaps this will
do what you need or close enough. I believe Control-insert-shift-downarrow
enables the skim reading tool.
