Do you know if they are MSAA, or UIA?
I've got some code fragments that do these navs. And, unless somebody comes
up with a better solution here, I can pass those on to you.

Jim, what do I need to look at in order to navigate an object tree? This
situation does have a tree I think, as getting the object name with
"GetObjectName()" requires you to put in a number for which object you want.
E.g, 0 for the focused object, 1 for the parent and so on. I currently know
that it goes App object, project object, docking object, then to arranger.
If I know how to navigate through these and get focus on 1, I'll be on a
winner. THX steve.

Get the handle of the window, and get the object from that handle, or Get
the object with focus, and then navigate the object tree to get there.

Hi. Iâ?Tm using the â?oGetObjectName()â? function to get a windows name.
This requires you to have the Pc cursor active and be in the window. My
question is, is there a function to move to said object, if focus is in
another window? I want to make a feature I have more reliable, so that
focus can be moved from window to window using objects, rather than on
