The list of regions keystroke for the internet generates a tree view dialog.
The underlying functions for this are hidden away but every so often it would
be very handy to present custom information in a tree view layout rather than a
DlgSelectItemInList type dialog. Anyone know if there is a way to leverage the
one used for regions or have another way round this?
