Jamal, I dunno if this helps, but I had the same problem. Somehow jaws
9 had a default_fs.jsb from jaws 8 in my jaws 9 folder, probably from
a failed install of bx toolbox. When I nuked it & copied the default
jaws 9 scripts from the all users folder to default_fs.jsb in my user
folder & put the use default_fs.jsb & use bx.jsb in the new default
script, stuff worked good again. But it was a hassle for awhile.
