Hi!
I just want to recommend the following apps instead of spybot:
Microsoft Security Essentials
Super Antispyware
Malwarebytes
I use MS Security Essentials and it's great.
Most of the time I find anti-virus/anti-spyware apps to slow down the
computer, so I stopped using them.
Then I discovered Microsoft Security Essentials.
It's fast and has a fairly high detection rate.
It's also fully accessible with JAWS.
It's free for all running a genuine copy of Windows.
No scripts is needed, but using the JAWS cursor is sometimes required if you
want to read the whole window.

oh, but David David!
I would only exhort you, to
do please be careful man. if you are not familiar at all with scripting
things, as it sounds like you may not be, you may really get yourself into
messy waters if you try and attack this, without a real working knowledge of
what your actually trying to achieve here.
for example,
you've indicated that you feel Control+Tab in SpyBot, is meant to switch
pages within the application, but that "sometimes it doesn't work."
. now, without at all wanting to appear offensive,
I guess I would want to queery,
whether you feel you really actually know this to be the case? like is it
actually spelt out in it's documentation that it should switch pages. but
your finding it truly doesn't?
or might you be just assuming it should work, either because it's how you've
switched pages in many other applications, or because it may have Controls
which look like Tab Controls, which you are expecting should respond to
control+tab, at the top left of the program?
But, which well may not respond to that key combination?
What Martin has said to you about this, is of course,
quite right. But, here's the trap. if you then want to use the default
behaviour of Control+Tab, in some other part of this application, like maybe
in help or something, which might overlay it, and not appear in it's own
separate help window, then you'll have potentially broken it for that
purpose. Because unless you put very carefully, and I fear quite complexly
crafted , if, conditions into utilization of your control+Tab script, which
takes a heap of learning to do successfully, then it will always cary out
whatever you've assigned it's script to do, and never it's default
behaviour?
can you begin to appreciate the minefield nature of what you may be
attempting?
The other thing that's kinda worrying me about your continued pursuit of
this path, is that I thought I heard OnList, someone else who'd mentioned
that they felt the program didn't need any specialist scripts, to be
relatively fully opperable out of the box?
your obviously not finding that to be the case though, for you.. So, I'm
wondering, just where the problems might be happening for you in
successfully operating this application.
May I ask you, are you familiar with utilization of the JawsCursor at all?
and do these pages of which you speak, have TabControls at the top of a
dialog, to access them? if so, I hope you will not find it offensive for me
just to ask the obvious, but
have you tried clicking on the tabs with the jawsCursor/mouse at all?
to see if this activates things that control+tab does not?
or, have you tried simply pressing Insert+Top row number 3, the pass through
command, then pressing Control+tab? if you truly feel Jaws default behaviour
for this keystroke,
might in some way, be blocking it from functioning properly with spybot?
just a few thoughts for you anywayz.
